American Banana-Chocolate chip Pancakes

Sunday morning is a day for coping with hangover and making your friends or partner happy while preparing a sweet breakfast.

Ingredients:

  •  1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
  • powder sugar
  • chocolate chips
  • whipped cream
  • chocolate topping or maple syrup.

Instructions:

1) Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt.

2) In a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk, vegetable oil and bananas.

3) Stir flour mixture into banana mixture; butter will be slightly lumpy.

4) Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.

5) Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.

6) Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot.

7) Put chocolate topping or maple syrup on pancakes, add powder sugar and whipped cream, add berries aside.
